Please download the application by clicking here, fill out completely and mail or email to Cindy Drozda.
For Online Application
If you use the online Application please also fill out the form (above) about your business and needs then mail or email to Cindy with your information so that you will be included on our Vendor Page and the booth set up correctly.
Please use the drop down menu to select the booth space and any meals that you desire and then click on "Add to Cart" in each category. Click the "continue shopping" button to return to this page. When your selections are complete click the "View Cart" button to be taken to the payment page. Please fill out all requested information. Carefully review your items and then click the "Check Out" button. Please fill out all requested information.

Please select the number of booth spaces
(sold in 10 foot by 10 foot sizes with 2 tables provided with each)
(these meals are optional so if you do not desire them then do not click the "Add to Cart" button)
Please select the number of Saturday or Sunday lunch tickets
(requires a ticket for each day.)
Please select the number of Saturday night banquet tickets and indicate if any should be Vegetarian
