What does Registration Include?
- Access to all Demos + Hands-On Rotations (47 total!)
- Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
- Ice Cream on Friday during Vendor Showcase/Meet & Greet
We also offer single-day tickets and discounts for Teachers, Students, and Youth. You can register here, or via mail (until August 15).
Note that T-Shirts are optional. If you want one (or more) just add them when you register. You may also add extra lunches for guests. If you decide to add a shirt or guest lunch later, you can come back here and fill out the form again (don’t choose a registration option, just select what you want).
Important dates:
- Now to June 20 – Early bird pricing ($230 represents a $25 discount for single full registration).
- June 20 – August 15 – Regular prices
- After August 15 – prices go up again ($20 increase for single full registration). Also T-Shirts are no longer available, and paper registration is discontinued.

Important Registration Notice
Our online payments are handled by Zeffy, an online service that is 100% free for nonprofits (no credit card or transaction fees). That means that every dollar goes directly to the symposium. In return, Zeffy asks you to consider making a donation to them. There is no obligation to do so, but that is how they stay in business.
When you get to the payment summary, there will be an option to donate to Zeffy. Select one of the provided options, or pick “Other” or “Edit Contribution” to specify a specific amount of your choice, which can be $0.00. The amount you choose is totally up to you. The symposium will not see this information.
Symposium Refund Policy: Cancellations received prior to August 15 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee ($50 for Family Registrations). Cancellations received after August 15 are non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions.
Register by Mail / Paper Form
If you’d rather register via paper, download and print this form, fill it out, and mail it, with a check, to the address on the form (form must be received by us by August 15). Walk-in registrations will be accepted!
