The demonstrations are open to all attendees. You don’t have to register for specific rotations – just show up in the room at the right time.
An initial draft of the 2026 schedule is below. We don’t expect any major changes, but there will probably be a few minor updates between now and September. Check back right before the symposium to be sure you have the final schedule.

A few notes about the schedule:
- Registration and Check-In opens at 11 on Friday. If you are coming for Saturday only, registration opens at 7:30 on Sat.
- There is no lunch on Friday, and the first rotation starts at 12:30.
- The trade show closes at 10:30 on Sunday, so you can not expect to make final purchases after the last rotation (those folks have a lot of packing up to do!)
- There is an informal Demonstrator meet & greet, plus Vendor showcase, PLUS ICE CREAM! on Friday after the last rotation.
- During lunch on Saturday, there will be a critique of selected items from the Instant Gallery.
- There is a WIT (Women in Turning) gathering between the sessions on Sunday,
- Our final wrap-up on Sunday includes Lunch, closing of the Silent Auction, Door Prizes (must be present), and our famous Longest Shaving Contest!
