We had a very successful symposium in 2024 and are looking forward to an even better event in 2025. The Rocky Mountain Woodturning Symposium is a unique event, it brings together woodturners from our region and beyond and the vendors are an important part.
Date: September 19-21, 2025
Location: The Ranch Events Center McKee Building – Loveland, Colorado (more info here).

- 8:00am-5:30pm Saturday
- 8:00-10:30am Sunday
- Easy ground floor load-in and load-out.

- 250+ attendees (2024 was our biggest year and we plan to keep on growing!)
- Our vendor area usually sells out, so be sure to register early to guarantee your spot!
- Along with the trade show we also have an instant gallery and hands-on area.

If you’ve already registered and would like to add extra shirts or lunches for your staff, you can re-fill out the form and just choose those options (no booths).
Important Registration Notice
Our online payments are handled by Zeffy, an online service that is 100% free for nonprofits (no credit card or transaction fees). That means that every dollar goes directly to the symposium. In return, Zeffy asks you to consider making a donation to them. There is no obligation to do so, but that is how they stay in business.
When you get to the payment summary, there will be an option to donate to Zeffy. Select one of the provided options, or pick “Other” or “Edit Contribution” to specify a specific amount of your choice, which can be $0.00. The amount you choose is totally up to you. The symposium will not see this information.
