We had a very successful symposium in 2024 and are looking forward to an even better event in 2025. The Rocky Mountain Woodturning Symposium is a unique event, it brings together woodturners from our region and beyond and the vendors are an important part.

Date: September 19-21, 2025
Location: The Ranch Events Center McKee Building – Loveland, Colorado (more info here).
Cost in 2024 was: $195 for one 10×10 booth OR $315 for two 10×10 booths (2 booth max due to limited space). Prices and availability for 2025 are yet to be decided.

  • Hours (subject to change):
    • 2:00-5:45pm Friday (Vendor Showcase from 4:15pm-5:45pm)
    • 8:00am-5:30pm Saturday
    • 8:00-10:30am Sunday
  • Easy ground floor load-in and load-out.
  • Plenty of parking (for trucks, trailers, etc.)
  • Nearby hotels & camping options.
  • 250+ attendees (2024 was our biggest year and we plan to keep on growing!)
  • Our vendor area usually sells out, so be sure to register early to guarantee your spot!
  • Along with the trade show we also have an instant gallery and hands-on area.
  • Easy access from Denver International Airport

  • Saturday lunch will be provided, this will keep participants on-site and leave more time to shop vendors.
  • Additional rotation on Friday.
